Recovered

Things are pretty much back to normal - legs are 100%, I'm back to (more Reduced!) Warbiking. Started regular lifting program back up, which is great.

Didn't have a lot of time during the end of the 3 month cut, but I've FINALLY release V2.70 of StationRipper - which has the record last.fm update. Download here.

Info about the release is over here.

Here's the video:

While Warbking, mostly have been working on the Hunter. While I'm not Warbiking as much, still want to level it up so I can finally start raiding (haven't done that since EQ1)

Dumb question; I have a similar Schwinn bike and get lower back soreness after extended use; did you run into this as well? How did you deal with it? (I get up and stretch)

    Thanks.

Yep, but I find that happens on all of them if you go long enough.

I generally do 1 hour sets - and get up for a few minutes between sets.

Just a followup - I did this as well with EQ2, with great results... putting in long hours is a LOT easier than when I was playing console games or listening to music.

One thing I found was that I wasn't quite comfortable with using a keyboard/mouse while doing this-- it was just awkward-- and instead use a PS2 Dual Shock controller via USB adapter and a software keyboard/mouse mapping package called Pinnacle. Dunno if you still are Warbiking or not, but I thought I'd pass it on. It's functional, but not quite as fast/versatile as a keyboard/mouse.

Ok, not to be a downer, but not eating AND burning large amounts calories as well as not replacing your electrolytes from the workout is extremely unhealthy and dangerous. Fasting from saturday to tuesday is rediculous and not healthy

oh, and not eating food is not dieting

As I said in the original post, the reason for fasting was more to get a perspective, etc. It's something people have doing for a long time. Probably not a bad idea, at least around here - americans (and most non-third-world country people) really have no idea what hunger really is.

    "not replacing your electrolytes"

How do you figure? I usually drank at least one sports drink after a long cardio session, that is supposed to have electrolytes.

Build muscles up? Well.. neither I would think. Good for toning or weight loss.
